Middletown Thrall Library Presents Its 2016
Local Authors
& Illustrators Showcase
Saturday, April 30, 2016, 11 AM - 4 PM
in the 2nd Floor Community Room at Thrall
Local authors and illustrators publishing in adult fiction, non-fiction, and children's books will be on hand to meet readers and display their books.
This free event promises to be a wonderful opportunity for readers to meet local authors, to learn about the publishing process, and to view these authors' books.
Middletown author and event organizer Marianne Sciucco says, "The Hudson Valley is rich with talent, especially literary talent. This event is a great way to give these authors and artists exposure and to introduce them to readers who may be looking for something beyond the bestsellers."
Authors / illustrators we hope you get a chance to meet include:
Sandra Bischoff, Claire Gem, Tom Ingrassia, Charles S. Isaacs, Tracey Lyons, Phil Murphy, and Marianne Sciucco, and many others!
Please follow this link for some biographies and photographs of authors to be featured in this showcase.
These authors and illustrators represent a variety of genres including children's and YA, general fiction, romance, paranormal, fantasy, thriller, horror, crime, and memoir.
Refreshments will be served.
Author-donated items, including books, will be
raffled off to attendees throughout the event!
