Committee Reports Mrs. Boyd moved that the regular monthly disbursements for May, 2018 in the amount of $112,538.43 having been audited by Marianne Sciucco and found to be correct, be approved. Ms. Lange seconded. Ayes: Bell, Berkowitz, Crown, Boyd, Martini, Lange - 6 Noes: None Motion declared approved. (06/13/18 - 34) Building & Grounds: We have advertised the second round of bids for the Boiler Replacement project. Contractors will have the opportunity to submit bids until 2:00pm on June 27, 2018 when all bids received will be opened. There will be a walkthrough of the Library for all interested contractors at 10:00am on Wednesday, June 13, 2018. We are still coordinating with our fire alarm, gas boiler and elevator companies to resolve an issue concerning an issue with a relay that was brought to our attention during our yearly fire inspection. As of June 11, 2018, we have been advised to contact the elevator company and advise them to complete the necessary work. Our exterminating contractor has informed us that we are not experiencing any infestation issues in the building. Budget Committee: Mrs. Crown reported that the Budget Committee met on Wednesday, June 13th. Discussion was held. Mrs. Crown recommends this budget. I. Old Business No report. J.
