I.  Call to Order
Mrs. Tonia Crown, Vice President, opened the meeting at 4:00pm and led the pledge to the flag.


II.  Roll Call
Ms. Marlena Lange called the roll:

III.  Visitor Comments

IV.  New Business
Discussion was held on negotiations between the Town of Wallkill and the Crystal Run Galleria 
ownership regarding 2016 tax assessment.

Mr. Berkowitz moved to support the agreement between the Town of Wallkill and the owners 
of the Crystal Run Galleria Mall.  Mr. Bell seconded.
Ayes:  Berkowitz, Bell, Crown, Lange - 4
Noes:  None
Motion declared approved.  (12/29/15 - 82)

IV.  Adjournment
Ms. Lange moved to adjourn the meeting at 4:26pm.  Mr. Berkowitz seconded.
