Government Information
in the Library Catalog

Did you know?

  • Middletown Thrall Library is a Federal Depository Library.
  • This means we offer extensive access to government information in all its forms (print, electronic, etc.).

Tips:

  • Use the search options to try different search methods.
  • Government documents are usually filed according to the agency publishing the information: try searching for the agency - either by its acronym (as in GAO) or its complete name (Government Accountability Office).
  • Many documents in the library catalog link directly to U.S. Government websites.
  • If your computer does not already have the free Adobe Reader software, you will need to install it in order to view PDF-formatted documents.
  • You might also need to install the Adobe Flash Player to view videos online.
