Financial Officer's Report Mr. Berkowitz moved that the regular monthly disbursements for August, 2021 in the amount of $84,283.40 having been audited by Marlene Lange and found to be correct, be approved. Committee Reports Building & Grounds: Work has been completed on the library's dry sprinkler system. The system will now be able to be safety tested on a regular basis to ensure its proper function. The library's surveillance system has been upgraded with the addition of new camera's and access software. The bulbs have been replaced on the library's first floor with energy efficient LED bulbs. The bulbs give off a soft but bright yellow light and I am receiving positive feedback from patrons and staff about the noticeable improvement. The boilers are on and operating properly for the season. Our exterminators have notified us that we are not currently experiencing any insect infestation issues. I. Old Business None J.
