I. Call to Order

Mr. Matthew Pfisterer, opened the reorganizational meeting of the Thrall Public Library
District of Middletown & Wallkill Board of Trustees at 4:32pm.

III. Designation of Official Newspaper

Bishop Smith moved to designate the Middletown Times Herald Record Digital Edition as the
official newspaper. Ms. Amelio seconded.

Noes: None

Motion declared approved. (01/12/22-1)



IV. Designation of Official Bank

Mrs. Wyman moved to nominate the Orange Bank and Trust as the official bank
for the library. Bishop Smith seconded

V. Appointment of Attorneys

Ms. Milburn moved to appoint Ben Gailey as the HR Personnel Library Attorney &
Alex Smith as the Library's General Attorney. Bishop Smith Seconded.

VI. Designation of Authorized Signers for Library bank account

Ms. Milburn and Bishop Smith advised that they will take on the role of authorized signers.

VII. Adjournment

Ms. Amelio moved to adjourn the meeting at 4:50 pm. Mrs. Wyman seconded.
