H. Committee Reports

Building & Grounds: Repairs to the dry sprinkler system commenced during the week of March 15. The project was complicated due to the lack of system access points. Our Head Custodian created access points for the sprinkler technicians prior to the start of work on the project. Even with the access points much of our system was very difficult to reach and as a result the project took three days longer than estimated to complete the necessary repairs. The system is currently compliant with the latest safety code requirements and we passed inspection. A second phase of the project will need to be completed in the future in which drains will be installed so that routine maintenance on the system can be completed. Patron access to the building was not disrupted during the completion of the project.

Mr. Pfisterer has been informed that repairs to the roof should be underway by the end of
this month.

Our exterminators have notified us that we are not currently experiencing any insect infestation issues.
