I. Call to Order
Mr. Richard Bell, Vice President, opened the meeting at 4:03pm and led the pledge to the flag.


II. Roll Call
Mr. Richard Bell called the roll:

Ms. Marlena Lange

III. Visitor Comments
No visitors


IV. New Business
Mrs. Ruckert moved go into executive session at 4:05pm for the purpose of legal matters. Mr.
Berkowitz seconded.
Ayes: Berkowitz, Bell, Boyd, Lange, Kay, Ruckert - 6
Noes: None
Motion declared approved. (06/28/16 - 45)

The Board returned from executive session at 4:36pm.

The Board went back into executive session at 4:37pm to discuss legal matters

The Board returned from executive session at 4:38pm.

Ms. Lange moved to enter into conciliatory negotiations with the complainant under terms
discussed in executive session. Ms. Kay seconded.
Ayes: Berkowitz, Bell, Boyd, Lange, Kay, Ruckert - 6
Noes: None

IV. Adjournment
Mr. Berkowitz moved to adjourn the meeting at 4:39pm. Mr. Bell seconded.
