A. Mr. Berkowitz, President, opened the meeting at 1:17pm and led the pledge.


B. Executive Session

Ms. Lange moved to go into executive session at 1:18pm for the purpose of contracts. Mr.
Bell seconded.

Ayes: Berkowitz, Bell, Boyd, Lange - 4
Noes: None
Motion declared approved. (07/26/19 -51)

The Board returned from executive session at 1:20 pm.


C. Air Conditioning Proposal

Mr. Bell moved to authorize expenditure with United in the amount of $16,730.00 to
complete air-conditioning repairs as per proposal. (See attached to official minutes) Ms.
Lange seconded.

E. Adjournment

Ms. Lange moved to adjourn the meeting at 1:23pm. Mr. Bell seconded.
