I. Call to Order

Mr. Carl Berkowitz, President, opened the meeting at 7:28pm and led the pledge to the
flag.

III. Old Business

Mr. Bell moved to go into executive session at 7:30pm to discuss contract negotiations and
personnel matters. Ms. Connelly seconded.


AYES: Berkowitz, Bell, Hutchinson, Boyd, Connelly – 5
Noes: None

Motion declared approved. (7/28/04 – 52)


The Board returned from executive session at 9:09pm.

VI. Adjournment

Mrs. Boyd moved to adjourn the meeting at 9:10pm. Mrs. Hutchinson seconded.
