A.       Mr. Berkowitz, President, opened the meeting at 9:10am and led the pledge.





B. Discussion was held on nominating a candidate for the RCLS Board of Trustees.


Mr. Berkowitz moved to nominate John Schneider to the RCLS Board of Trustees. Mrs.

Boyd seconded.

C. Executive Session


Mr. Bell moved to go into executive session at 9:12am for the purpose of contracts.

Ms. Lange moved to authorize expenditure with Superior Floors in the amount of $100,592.32 for carpeting.
