A. Mr. Berkowitz, President, opened the meeting at 9:10am and led the pledge.


B. Discussion was held on nominating a candidate for the RCLS Board of Trustees.

Mr. Berkowitz moved to nominate John Schneider to the RCLS Board of Trustees. Mrs.
Boyd seconded.

C. Executive Session

Mr. Bell moved to go into executive session at 9:12am for the purpose of contracts.
Ms. Lange seconded.

Ms. Lange moved to authorize expenditure with Superior Floors in the amount of
$100,592.32 for carpeting.

Mrs. Boyd moved to accept the proposal from Precision Roofing in the amount of
$7,950.00. Ms. Lange seconded.

The Board returned from executive session at 9:22 am.

Ms. Lange moved to adjourn the meeting at 9:22am. Mr. Bell seconded.
