I. Call to Order

Mrs. Joan Hutchinson, Vice President, opened the meeting at 4:30pm and led the pledge to the
flag.

Mr. Berkowitz moved to adopt the following 2003 tax levies:
Total 2003 tax levy: $1,965,347
By Township - City of Middletown: $ 755,310
Town of Wallkill: $1,174,356
Town of Wawayanda: $ 33,816
Town of Goshen: $ 464
Town of Mount Hope: $ 1,391
Estimated Rates Per $1000
City of Middletown: $3.38 (8.99% above 2002)
Town of Wallkill: $2.62 (3.58% lower)
Town of Wawayanda: $ .78 (13.67% lower)
Town of Goshen: $ .91 (11.26% lower)
Town of Mount Hope: $ .99 (8.30% lower)
Mrs. Boyd seconded.
