• Communities Against Regional Interconnects (CARI) - At this time, we have not located a web presence for CARI, a group formed of local government representatives from the eight counties as well as representatives from STOP NYRI, the Upstate New York Citizen Alliance and the Upper Delaware Council. Sullivan County Legislature Chairman Christopher Cunningham was chosen as the chairman of the group.
