Eleanor Oliphant Is Completely Fine - Gail Honeyman - Eleanor Oliphant is a solitary creature of habit and routine, her peculiarities making the subject of office gossip. When the new IT guy strikes up a tentative friendship and Eleanor develops a crush on a bar musician, her carefully constructed world turns upside down. As she learns to open up to kindness, the reader learns what made her so completely Eleanor Oliphant through her witty, curmudgeonly inner monologue. Perfect for fans of A Man Called Ove and The Rosie Project.

Lost Letter - Jillian Cantor - In 1938 occupied Austria, a young apprentice to a Jewish stamp engraver aids the resistance with his mentor's daughter, using his training to forge papers. In 1989 California, a woman going through her ailing father's stamp collection finds an unopened letter addressed to a Fraulein Faber with an unusual stamp picturing an edelweiss flower hidden in a church steeple. Her journey to uncover the letter's history leads to discovering secrets in her family history as the story lines converge. A hopeful tale of love lost and found for fans of The Nightingale and Lilac Girls.

Helena's knowledge of her father and the wilderness skills he taught her make her the only one who can track him down. This fast-paced thriller will excite and unnerve fans of Room and The Girl on the Train. The Strange Case of the Alchemist's Daughter - Theodora Goss - Five women find a common bond and uncover a mystery in this witty literary mash-up. Penniless orphan Mary Jekyll hopes to fix her financial situation with the bounty for the murderer Edward Hyde after she finds a mysterious reference to a fund set aside "for the care and keeping of Hyde". Enlisting the aid of Sherlock Holmes to seek Hyde, Mary instead discovers his illegitimate daughter, along with the daughters and creations of Doctors Moreau, Rappaccini and Frankenstein and a secret society of mad scientists.

 When the English Fall - David Williams - A massive solar storm wipes out the power grid, effectively ending the modern way of life with all its conveniences. Amish farmer Jacob and his family try to carry on as best they may as they witness the unraveling of English, or non-Amish, society. Jacob willingly helps his neighbors in the aftermath with food and provisions, but as things get worse in the nearby cities desperate outsiders come bringing violence.

 Here and Gone - Haylen Beck - Audra Kinney is on the run, fleeing her abusive husband cross country with her two kids. She makes it to Arizona where she is pulled over and wrongly taken into custody. Then her children disappear and the sheriff says there were never any children in the car. When the news makes national headlines, Danny Lee in California believes her, remembering what happened to his wife and child, and is determined to find Audra's children. A perfect pick for fans of Lee Child, Harlan Coben or Lisa Gardner.
